Terms of Service
1. Introduction
By placing an order on MOZU Collect (mozujapan.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. MOZU Collect is a sole proprietorship based in Ebina City, Kanagawa, Japan, selling authentic Japanese anime figures worldwide.
2. Orders
All purchases are guest checkout (no account required). By submitting an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
3. Products
We sell prize figures, Ichiban Kuji prizes, and P.O.P Maximum figures — all authentic and sourced in Japan. Colors may vary slightly from photos. Minor paint variations and seam lines are characteristic of prize figures and not defects.
4. Pricing & Stock
Prices are in USD and may change without notice (confirmed orders are not affected). Most items are one-of-a-kind. If unavailable after payment, we issue a full refund.
5. Shipping
Orders ship from Japan via DHL or EMS. Fixed shipping rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Customs & Import Taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. MOZU Collect does not estimate or collect these charges. Refusal to pay resulting in package return is treated as a buyer-initiated return.
7. Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days, unopened/unused only. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility (except defective items). Refunds via Stripe to original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Cancellation
Before shipment: full refund. After shipment: follow return procedure.
9. Intellectual Property
Figures are manufactured by officially licensed companies (Bandai, Banpresto, MegaHouse, etc.). MOZU Collect is an independent retailer, not affiliated with these manufacturers.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Bulk purchasing for commercial resale
- Fraudulent payment information
- Exploiting pricing errors or system vulnerabilities
- Cyberattacks or automated scraping
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes are submitted to the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
